Love my new Isabelas!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Isabela boots and they are absolutely gorgeous! The leather is so soft and the fit is perfect, even better than I expected. Good value for bespoke boots

Adelante definitely feels more premium and custom, like a step up in craftsmanship. Thursday is good for the price, but Adelante's leather and made-to-order feel is different.

I own both! Thursdays are solid, good value. Adelante, though, the leather feels softer, more supple, and knowing it's made for *my* feet (especially with the custom width option) makes a huge difference. If you can afford it, Adelante is superior in my book.

Nah, pretty sure you can't stack coupons there. Most places won't let you combine discounts like that, especially for first-time offers and big sales.

For custom sizes (like wide or narrow widths, or split sizes), I think they're exchange-only for store credit, not a full refund. You should double-check on their site but that's what I remember seeing.

Yeah, custom orders are usually final sale or exchange for credit only. It makes sense since they're literally making it just for you. Just make sure you're super confident about your measurements!

I found them pretty true to size for my normal shoe size, maybe even a tiny bit generous so I wouldn't size up. They also have custom widths if you need it.

They felt true to size for me! My regular 7 fit perfectly in The Sabina. Definitely check their sizing guide though, it's pretty detailed.

Mine took about 3-4 weeks from ordering to my doorstep in California. Not super fast but they are hand made, so worth the wait imo.
